Refund Policy

Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective on arrival

  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • Photo or video proof of the issue is required

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened food items

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items returned without original packaging

 

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  1. We will arrange a pickup or guide you for return shipping

  2. After receiving the product, we will inspect it

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Mode:

  • Original payment method (UPI / card / wallet / net banking)

  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI

 

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can replace your product instead of refunding.

Replacement is offered when:

  • Product is damaged

  • Product is incorrect

  • Packaging leaked/heavy damage

Replacements depend on stock availability.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Returns or losses caused due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong pin code

  • Customer unavailable

  • Phone not reachable

will not be eligible for refunds.
Reshipping charges may apply.
